As you know crafted items can be equivalent to end game instance items. As you know each char can only max out 1 gartering profession and 1 crafting profession. So here is what I propose since crafting is very long to level up. We assign people to the job (that will step forward) that will need to put crafting before leveling. You can get any of the items in the list you just need to bring the resources if the guild doesn't have it in the stock pill. Remember resources are refined.
