Crafting professions?

Ok since we are a guild we need to work together in crafting and gathering.
As you know crafted items can be equivalent to end game instance items.
As you know each char can only max out 1 gartering profession and 1 crafting profession.
So here is what I propose since crafting is very long to level up.
We assign people to the job (that will step forward) that will need to put crafting before leveling.

So we need in gathering:
-Herbalist. (4)
-Wood cuter. (3)
-Miner. (3)

Crafting:
-Alchemy. (Scilencer)
-Blacksmith. (Gabrieth) Craft level 16.
-Carpentry. (Nyr)
-Armor smith. (Haxipower) Craft level 12
-Tailoring. (rebmuneno)
-Cooking. (darkGypsyLady)

As for gathering if everybody could gather a bit for the guild it would be cool. Doesn't mean that you need be a crafter but gathering a little bit of resources here and there can help a lot. It's easy to level up the gathering unlike the crafting.

So we need people who will be assigned the guild crafters for different jobs. And say if you want to help out gathering what you will max out.

So I will be the guilds blacksmith (Making weapons) and I will max out mining but I will pick up a bit of all.

Gatherers:

Ok cool I got some resources aside from tier one recourses but I want to give it to tailor ^^

I will gather wood for the guild! Or at least be one of the wood gatherers

Wood will be my main harvesting skill. I will try helping in being a herbalist as well.

Me would be herbalist and either tailoring or alchimy not sure yet, depend maybe of the need or my mood
